I just turned in my 2004 Pacifica after a 3+ year lease, and it is a brilliant car. Also, it fits someone who is 6'8" tall, and not many cars do. Even with the sun-roof option, I could still sit upright without laying down and be comfortable on our road-trips (Charlotte NC to Albany NY in one haul). Just for reference, I'm a 45 year-old guy, I drove about 50,000 miles in 3 years, I had no significant issues (just low tire pressure anytime it got cold). I consistently got between 18 city-miles and 22 highway-miles per gallon of mid-grade gas.
So, I'm now in the market to buy one. The one I'm ebaying for will definitely have the nav system, the power lift-gate and the all-wheel drive. They can keep the fog-lights, and the automatic climate control is too smart for its own good. We don't have kids so the DVD player didn't do much for me, but, it worked fine the few times I did use it. The wireless earphones are cool, there's just nowhere to store them (they do fit in the rear console with some convincing).
The only down-side to the car (for me) was that the engine was quite alright but unimpressive. The car is not slow, but not fast either. I understand they now have one with a larger engine, and that will truly make this a 5 out of 5 car.
If you're in the market for a cross-over SUV or even a minivan, check this out too. You'll be pleasantly surprised.
