Cons: Terrible brake system (rotors have been cut 3 times in 20k miles,first at 4800 miles, 2nd at 10k miles, 3rd at 20k miles, dealer says this is normal) Motor for power doors runs on after door has closed and latched, dealer says they tested and cannot see or hear motor run on. Divers seat split on side at 18k miles and only 1.5 year old. Voltage fluctuation (headlights flicker, told by Chevy service this is an "ideosyncricy" of the car)Front wheel drive has terrible traction even with traction control on. Car has been to dealer 11 times in the first 2 years of ownership.Car came with terrible Continental tires that are worn to no tread at 20k miles. Tires are worn evenly yet dealer says under inflation is the cause and they are not responsible. Not sure what is worse, the car or the lack of customer concern from dealer.

We bought our 2007 Uplander with 35,000 miles on it. Although it was used it still looked good and has good performance. The rear brakes need replacing but otherwise it is a solid vehicle. The price of the Uplanders have really nosedived and they are a good bargain for the options you get. If you want a perfect minivan you may want to shop elsewhere, if you want a decwnt minivan that seats 7 and has plenty of options I would highly recommend.
